Stoke Councillor Gavin Webb would choose Duloc's anytime!

Stoke-on-Trent City Council has launched its theme tune - otherwise commonly known as the City's Anthem.

Though the cost of the City Anthem is nowhere near the speculated £70,000, the fact is that any money spent on it is a waste, and Gavin believes that any thoughts that it will raise the morale of City Council staff or local residents is nonsense.

No to St Josephs College Closure

Gavin has recently written to supporters of St Josephs College in Trent Vale backing them in their bid to keep the school open as part of the Government's School Reorganisation.

Household Waste Collection Reform

Stoke City Councillor Gavin Webb has called for a review of how household waste is collected from homes in Stoke-on-Trent, as well as an investigation into whether or not the voluntary and private sectors can provide services according to the needs and wishes of local residents.

New 58 Bus Service

Local Councillor, Gavin Webb, is delighted to inform residents of Springfields that they are to receive a new bus service that operates from Springfields to the City Centre, Hanley via Stoke Town Centre.

Polling Station Review

Responding to residents in the Trent Valley Road area over where they have to vote, Gavin Webb has ensured these concerns have been submitted to a City Council review of the City's polling stations.
